When i say horrible, I mean both mechanical service AND customer service. I took my vehicle for a SIMPLE repair. They insisted I needed a part completely unrelated to the original complaint and after accepting payment, THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE PART WITH THE PROBLEM. I explained that I know they never looked at it and told them I could prove it. They never asked how I could prove it, I was simply asked to leave by the General Manager. He even threatened to call the police. To add insult to injury, they dropped something across my car and scratched the paint and broke the windshield and then denied doing it and now refuse to fix it. A $45.00 windshield-wiper motor will now cost over $1000.00. I STRONGLY advise consumers to stay away from this dealership.
