I bought a used truck that they assured me they had gone thru backwards and forwards. 4 months later I paid a $3000.00 shop bill along with another $2000.00 worth of repairs in the 2 months following. Took it back after 5 months, 4,000 miles and they offered me approximately 25% of what I had paid and And told me that's what you get when you buy a used car

I have been in for service several times, and have found it to be much, much better than average. They do what they say, have it ready when it should be, and really went above and beyond recently when my daughter had a tire problem - oh, by the way, no charge. I'd recommend Sam Boswell to anyone.

Bad Service and Parts Department....Buyer Beware !!

Extremely unprofessional and rude personnel in the service and parts depts. They never let you know if a part is in and if it is ordered. It takes an extremely long time for the part to come in and they will never call. You will be left hanging and will have to call them constantly to find out if a part has come in. Also there parts and labor is extremely expensive!! Stay away ! Buyer Beware!!!
