I just wanted to add that I got the salesman's name wrong it's JERRY BUCK, not James Buck. Jerry did something I've never seen from a salesperson- he sent me a gift in the mail! I recieved a lovely box of cookies and a note of appreciation for my business. I'm very impressed!
Original Review - I wanted to take a minute and write a revue for Alexander-Scofield. I purchased a program 2011 Town & Country Van from them. I started out by submitting a quote request through Edmunds. James Buck from Alexander Scofield was the first to contact me, so I went there first. Mr Buck met me when I came in, and he was very helpful, gracious, and pressure free as a salesman could be. He was honest with me and went over the vehicle before I bought it, made sure I was completely satisfied with my decision before I proceeded with the purchase. The management and finance department was also very helpful and did everything they could to make the deal work the way I wanted it to. The manager (can't remeber his name) also took me throught the service department and introduced me to the service manager and secretary, so I would know who I would be contacting for service down the road. Just an overall pleasant experience, from a small town dealership. They really seemed to appreciate my business, and I would but from them again.
