Do not use their service department

onThey have had my Jeep Overland w/a Mercedes diesel engine since 5/26/11.
We were told on 6/10/11 @ 5:15 p.m. that they don't have a trained service technician who can work on a Mercedes diesel engine.
They are trying to fix the problem by using Chrysler's internet.
They cannot give me an idea when my vehicle will be repaired.
They don't call me with updates - I have to call them.
I complained about the service department in a letter to the General Mgr. - Mr. B. - and he didn't have the courtesy to call me back and talk to me about the problem.
I would not recommend B. to anyone who needs repair work done on a diesel vehicle.
