Hello all, I am getting a lease quote from an Acura Dealer in Woodside, NY. 2011 MDX with Tech Package selling price at $41779.00 36Months lease with 15000Miles per year, Zero down. Monthly payment $622.00 (Includes NYC tax) Out of pocket $864.00 (622+145+75+10+12) First month + DMV fees, (transfer from my old plate) + Doc fee + Inspection fee + Tire fee $.20 per mile if excess over 45000, $.10 per mile if pay upfront. should I buy additional 5000miles for the cost of $500.00? so this way I would have 50,000 miles total. Is it a good deal? or should I shoot for a better price? Thanks every one. Bill

Making a little progress. Paragon Acura in Woodside, NY will do $35,995+TTL and is still negotiable. They said they are the #1 Acura dealer in the nation (I think all dealers say that, right). So if you guys who got the $34,100+TTL price can maybe give me some more ammo, like Dealer Name, exact model/pricing/options, date purchased, etc, that might help me in final negotiations. It's still $2K higher than 3 other people here got, so I'm a bit concerned.

After searching the tri-state area for a few weeks I was able to find exactly the color and interior I was looking for. There are not many '07s left in NY/CT/NJ. Paragon Acura in Woodside (Queens) is where I was able to finaly wear the General Sales Manager (Tony) down and at 9pm on friday night he gave in and sold me the car. He purports the dealership lost $1,100 in the deal, but I don't see how that's possible given a $33,300 invoice and $2,500 dealer cash back.

After an exhaustive search trying to find a MDX Tech/Ent in the NY/NJ/CT area (looking for color - Silver or Blue w/ Taupe and a good price) I finally went with Park Ave in Maywood. 500 below invoice 42,095 Invoice 744 Running Boards -500 Below Invoice (discount) 42,339 TOTAL 2007 MDX Silver w/ Taupe - Tech/Ent w/ Running Boards 36 Month Lease / 10k miles per year through American Honda Finance - at .00209 money rate Cap Cost ~42,339 (plus approx. $230 in the lease for Title and CT Registration). Residual is 26,188. Monthly Payment is $634.64 (includes CT tax @ 6%) Drive off cost is $1529.28 (595 Finance Fee, 249 Doc Fee, 50.64 Tax on Doc and Finance Fee, 634.64 First Month Payment) Good experiences with Acura of Ramsey and Morande Acura in Berlin CT - professional and easy to deal with. Bad Experience with Paragon in Woodside, NY(never returned a call - terrible service - still couldn't get a price after 2 days) - Read other reviews on them - seems like they are scam artists. Greenwich Acura, Acura of Westchester, Rallye Acura and Acura of Valley Stream were all at least $1-2k higher - and not willing to budge. Hope this is helpful.
