Buying a car from a Acura Car Dealer
I just bought a base mdx in chesapeake, va Priority Acura. It was $36,800 plus dealership fees of $399 plus state tax and registration fees. It totalled $38,446. I mentioned an email quote I got from Springfield, NJ and asked them to match it. They did and we were finished with pricing process in 10min. Wonderful salesperson. Very fast, no hassle. No hassle about accessories or about financing. I will buy all cars in the future from Priority especially priority acura. This edmunds forum helped me a lot. Thanks.
Anyone know of any dealers that can get me a low price on an Acura MDX Touring? I've gone thru posts and all seem to be in TN, CA, NY, NJ, WA, VA... anyone know of any down this way towards the West Palm Beach area?? Dealers nearby don't seem to want to go below $38k, but I've seen posts for others around the nation who got it for $34k-$37k... I'm looking to lease, so that may determine if I get $1326 below invoice or $2326 below invoice since there's the dealer holdback of $1326 and dealer incentive of $1000 if financed and not leased (but I think that $1000 expired on May 31st anyways). Since Invoice is $36,002 nowadays, then minus the $1326 holdback, that gives me a starting point of $34,676 if they don't make anything... They offered me the MDX Base model for $34k ($37k sticker)leased with 2k down for 36 mos at $399/mo or $425/mo including tax. But I want the Touring and they say it's 40k and they'd give it to me for 38k and that's what most posters here got the Touring WITH Nav/Res for... I'm trying to ge my lease payments below $400/mo... Anybody? I need a dealer in South Florida.
So I was able to answer my own question with some research and confirmed with the dealer. Destination is $615. Offer on the table is $32,620 + TTL. '06 TL Auto with Nav. Anyone getting better deals?
Just got Internet quote from dealer in NJ - offering for $200 below invoice but not including Dest. Quote is for $32,005 for TL Automatic w/Navi. What is the destination fee?
