Just bought last weekend and thought I'd share my experience in case it may help someone. I'm actually from NH but with only 2 dealers in the state I ended up searching the MA dealers as well. Salesperson at Claire in N. Hampton was great but sales manager was a jerk. They also could not compete with the prices of the Nashua (sunnyside) or MA dealers. Of the MA dealers Bernardi in Brighton was by far the most professional and straightforward. Peabody was great to deal with but not so great on the price. Herb Connelly in Framingham seemed very deceptive to me and while their pricing was in the ballpark I just got a bad feeling from the way they did business. I ended up buying in Nashua because they offered a good deal (although I bet I could have got Bernardi to beat it by a little) and I prefer to keep my money in state. : 08 MDX sport/ent in sterling/taupe: roof rack cross bars all season mats sport running boards cargo tray cargo net side moldings third wireless headset Total price $46.6 including a $200 doc fee (that I had them take off the price of the car)
Re: Salesman Won't Share Price Over Email? [lofton]

I was in market for a Certified MDX and Peabody had one I was interested in but highly overpriced. I live about 2 hours away from Boston, so emailed/called and they wouldn't discuss the price over the phone. Also, the salesman was pretty pissed when I asked him why he had priced the car higher than the rest of the market. In the end, I was able to get a much better car (in terms of miles and trim) from Herb Connolly in Framingham. Peabody still has the car in the lot (it's been over a month) and now has started lowering the price but is still way high. I would suggest trying Herb Connolly and SunnySide in Nashua,NH.

Hi everyone. I am replying to my own post, because I'm not sure where else to post it, so here goes: i agreed to a price at sunnyside acura in nashua nh. it was 32,775 for the base model. the dealer agreed to give me 17,000 for my volvo trade (only 24,000 miles, loaded s60.) so after doing all the paperwork over the phone, etc, we left our daughter (13 months old) at home with my parents and drove 2 hours down there. well, when we got there, they "forgot" that they offered me 17k for my car and insisted that they could only give me 15.5 (blue book is 17.6)!!!!!!!!!!!! i was LIVID. i am also 17 weeks pregnant, so i was even more furious than i would have been. when i told them to pull the email they sent to me, they did, and then told me i was right- went back to the "table" and said they couldn't offer me more than 15.5. they made me drive 2 hours, leaving my baby at home, and while i was gone ( i know this sounds like it is for dramatic purposes, but i swear it's true) my daughter said her first word- ma-ma. my point? don't ever buy from sunnyside acura in nashua, nh. sooooooo, as we were already down there, we hit lovering volvo on the way back and bought a 2006 awd xc90. i liked the acura, would have been cheaper, and would have suited us fine. but after how they treated me, i will never buy one. any suggestions about writing the company and voicing my displeasure? or will they really not care that i wasted a day out of my weekend? thanks!
Vermont/New Hampshire Acura Dealers

We're moving from FL to New Hampshire, right next to the Vermont border. The closest dealerships are all about 80 miles away and there are three of them. Has anyone had any experience with any of them, positive or negative? That would help us decide which one to buy from. lubdhak-Massachusetts Acura Dealers

I looked at two dealers in Massachusetts, one on route 9 in Framingham, and the other on route 12 in Auburn. At both places I spoke with the business manager figuring it is best to speek with the top guys. I would not recomend Framingham, he wouldn't give me anything off MSRP and said that "we can work something out on accesories." And still he wouldn't quote me anything with the accesories I wanted. And then he wouldn't give me a quote on what I wanted to trade. He wanted me to put a $1000 deposit to order what I wanted and then when it came in we would negotiate a price. In Auburn I was offered $700 of MSRP and accesories for cost. But if it isn't to far for you I would like to recomend a dealer in Nashua NH. I got $1200 off MSRP and accesories for cost and they quoted me on everything the day I went down and even located one with Nav for me which the other two dealers said couldn't be done.
