Acura TSX 08 HowMuch DC/MD: by greeney on Mon Mar 31 08:05:10 PDT 2008; Can anyone tell me how much they paid for their Acura TSX 08 in the DC/MD area? The dealers here want to charge me basically sticker price ($28,000) they won't move. I have been told by dealers 26,400 won't go. They said they would be losing too much money. The only accessories I want added is a cassette deck-like in the TL-(too many books on tape @:>) . I thought they would be ready to move them since the 09s are right around the corner. I just want a fair deal and no scams. Can anyone help give me give me any advice? Or where to go in the this area. I would appreciate very much. I am on a time crunch. Thanks, God Bless Ms. Greenly

Stopped in to Acura of Memphis in early Sept and they didn't offer invoice or below for an '07 - thought I'd wait for the 08's to come out. Just wondering what kind of deals being offered in the area.

Stopped by Acura of Memphis and got the runaround (salesman,sales mgr, general mgr), only to be offered $1000 off sticker. Anyone have any better luck? May go to Jackson, MS where I bought my '04.

Miles on a new car: by msindallas on Thu May 24 10:09:44 PDT 2007; I was checking a dealer's inventory, and found exactly the color combo I wanted. However, the odometer reads 125 miles. I tried a few other vehicles (of different colors), and all of them had 11 to 14 miles on them. Any idea why a new MDX might have 125 miles on it? Should I just wait and get some other vehicle? Sorry if this subject has been discussed before. If so, a pointer will be enough. Thanks for the insights, - MS.

Yes, I had a feeling it may not work, just gave it a shot. The auto-flex guy got back, with "Those cars are selling like hot cakes, and the best I came up with is $2.5K below MSRP". I rejected it. Then, we were chatting for a bit on what I want in the vehicle - and he suggests "I suggest a Volvo XC-90. I can get you one for $8000 under invoice, but you have to buy the car through us for that kind of deal". Should I be wary about these people, or is there some incentive going on like that?
