MDX Tech at Chevy Chase Acura: by inmarket on Fri May 30 17:42:54 PDT 2008; I am hoping to purchase an MDX with Tech Pkg. within the next month in the Washington DC area. I stopped by Chevy Chase Acura and have had a good experience so far. I hope to avoid having to deal with multiple salespeople/dealerships in order to get bids. The dealership has offered me the MDX Tech w/o the power tailgate at $38,402 (invoice is $40,402 so invoice - $2K incentive). Plus, tax license, etc. Plus about $799 for running boards installed (full price, it seems). Does anyone have comps in the MD/VA area? I hope to stay near home unless I can save significantly. I will not be financing. Very much appreciate your thoughts.

I had the worst experience trying to get a 2008tsx: by stipmom on Wed Apr 16 12:32:16 PDT 2008; My daughter wanted black on black. First we went to AcuraofOcean in NJ where we had purchased before.They didn't have any in stock and would not bother to look for one without an additional$400-ontop of a price that was not even competitive. I give alot of credit to Bill Vincents Acura in Sommerville. The internet manager there tried to get the car for two days but none was around in NY or NJ. We then switched to the DC area since the car was going to be registered in Maryland anyway. Chevy Chase acura swore up and down that they had one in stock. Gave them a$500 deposit and got a vin number. I kept on asking him if he was sure they had one since the website did not seem to show any and he said they did. At 6:30 p.m. on Sat. he sent me the cost breakdown as my daughter's fiancee was going to pick it up on Monday.Monday morning he calls to see the car and suddenly it was sold Sat.nite. Since his email to me was after 6 I doubt that was the case.I then contacted Tischer Acura in Laurel Md who had also had the car on Sat. and asked him if it was still available.He said it definately was so I gave him a $500 deposit with again intending to pick up the car that night. Two hours later we get a call-the car supposedly had been sold late Sat. Shouldn't he have known that before he was willing to take my mone?.We did finally locate the car atRadleyAcura inVa for$26000incdestination.They were very easy to deal with.If I ever need another Acura I'd go to Bill Vincents Acura or Radleys.

MDX with tech package in MD: by ka2shaz on Fri Apr 11 07:31:12 PDT 2008; We just bought a new MDX with Tech package in Chevy Chase last night. We paid 39,903 including the destination charge, plus taxes, tags and 100 processing fee. They also offerered us 5.59% rate on a 6 year loan, which made us pretty happy.

MDX 2007 with Tech: by cakes99 on Sat May 19 04:27:14 PDT 2007; Just bought a MDX 2007 with Tech package from Chevy Chase Acura in Bethesda MD. $500.00 over invoice, no trade no add on options. Also had the same offer from Radley's Acura in Northern Virginia. We did try to get the vehicle at invoice price and they would not do it. $500.00 seems to be the lowest they will go.

Re: VA/DC/MD Prices Paid [rlwclifton]: by snapcracklepop on Wed Aug 30 14:21:29 PDT 2006; I purchased my 05 TSX AT w/Nav from Radley last October during the model chang period and got a great deal Car price was $26,8ish and with tax/DC/processing it came out to just shy of $29k which I keep getting told was a crazy deal. I randomly went car shopping during that time period so I wasn't trying to buy a car during a specific time period but I'm happy I did!!! The good thing about NOVA is you have so many dealers in the are - Radley, Karen Radley in Woodbridge, Pohanka, and Chevy Chase.
