Buying a car from a Acura Car Dealer
well just got my TL SH AWD with tech for 456 a month, 12000 a year, out of pocket 3600. bottom line was I stick with msrp 39100 and he gave me on 31st january night. so by paying 3600 i bring AWD down to TL SH AWD MSRP. I had the best offer for TL SH AWD through car woo for 35500, so I went to my local dealer and showed him the quote ( I did not wanted to drive GA or Columbus OH) so by paying 3600 I bridge the GAP of AWD with AWD with tech. bottom line there is a big difference in TL AWD vs TL AWD with TECH, so my reco is to go for AWD with TECH. I wanted to buy MAXIMA but got the best offer for 34500 so the gap was only a $1000. let me tell you this thing rocks.
Try Acura of Columbus, GA.
I spent a lot of time researching and dealing w/ dealers throughout GA on my new MDX Tech. The best deals I found were outside the area. Metro Atl dealers were not nearly as willing to deal as those in Columbus, Athens & Augusta. We ended up w/ Acura in Athens. Very impressed w/ them and their attention to service including picking up the vehicle and leaving a loaner at our house when service is needed
What are people getting in and around Atlanta? I thought about checking out the dealers in Athens, Augusta, Macon, Columbus and Chattanooga.. Any help would be much appreciated!
How likely is it that I can buy a 2007 or 2008 MDX base model at invoice in the Columbus, Ohio area? I'm trying to decide between buying my '04 Sequoia at lease end in one month for $24,200 or a new MDX? The upside to the MDX is that we can keep it for at least 8 years and that it will hopefully get better gas mileage than the Sequoia. The downside to the MDXis that it is in the ballpark of $15,000 more than the used Sequoia. The other downside is that it requires premium gas -- this is surprising to me. Also, we have a '99 Acura RL in great condition with 93K to trade in -- if we buy a new MDX, how likely is it that the dealer will give us a good trade-in price for the RL? We can definitely afford the MDX but my husband absolutely hates to spend money on a depreciating asset and would rather invest the money. I think if you buy a new Acura, you can keep it problem-free for several years... With the above scenario, what makes more financial sense??
