Never EVER put money down on a lease. FYI I have the same car in 09. I pay 520 a month including tax in FL (6% tax) ZERO down. You tell me which was the better deal. Asking about buyouts on a lease tell me that you need to do your homework. Rarely does it make sense. If you wanted to buy the car, why dont you buy it? I have been leasing since 96. Never put a red cent for cap cost. That is nonsense. Sign and DRIVE only. rob

He wanted for me to pay $41,999 otd, but after an hour of going back and forth I told the sales person that I was not going to pay no more then $39,000 otd and that if he was not willing to do! that i just would go somewhere else and look at a differant vehicle. He went back to his boss and told him what i said, at this point his boss and sales person come over and said ok we will do it for $39,000 otd. So at this point I think I ended up paying around $36792 plus 6% sales tax which is around $39,000. I bought this vehicle in ft myers, FL.

2010 MDX- 6 speed Tranny: by valueguy on Tue Nov 10 14:03:13 PST 2009; Buyers of the new 2010 MDX should strongly consider a factory/dealer warranty on the tranny up to 100,000 miles. In fact, Honda/Acura should include this TRANSMISSION WARRANTY on all new '10 models with the 6 speed transmission. What better way to show the world you back up your products especially since Honda has a poor history with new transmissions? I plan on negotiating the extended tranny warranty with the dealer. I really don't want to pay the rest of the extended warranty. I just want a $100-$200 transmission warranty.

Re: Acura TSX V-6 Base Model - My Lease Deal [bvdj84]: by gator00si on Wed Nov 11 13:04:56 PST 2009; Yeah ofcourse I would have gotten the TL but the best payment I could get was almost $100 more per month given the same terms and the best payment I could get on the 4 cyl was $400 per month given the same terms. So, for a measly $27 more per month I got the V-6 that is like $5 or $6 grand more car. Acura is not offering any lease cash on the TL or TSX 4 cyl this month so the obvious winner here is the TSX V-6. On another note, I was offered $490/mo based on same terms for a V-6 Tech TSX. That is a great deal too but unfortunately its over my budget but I'm very happy with what I got. On another, my '07 base TSX that I turned in had a 6 disc changer and my '10 TSX V6 ($36k vehicle +) only has a single disc CD player WTF!!! I found this out setting up the stereo settings after I signed the deal :-(

Acura TSX V-6 Base Model - My Lease Deal: by gator00si on Tue Nov 10 04:46:59 PST 2009; I just signed a lease I couldn't refuse based on the following terms: 2010 Acura TSX V-6 Base 36 months 15,000 miles/year $0 due at signing (first payment and all fees rolled into lease) $427/month including tax Dealers are moving the V-6 models even further than $1,500 (marketing support) below invoice. No one wants them so they are ready to deal. My deal's cap cost wound up being around $2,500 below invoice. Hope this helps your negotiations!

picked up my new MDX tech this wknd: by surfin29 on Mon Nov 09 18:34:48 PST 2009; I purchased a new 2009 MDX Technology this weekend for $39700 +599 +TTL in Jacksonville, FL (Orange Park). Price included wheel locks, side molding, running boards, roof rails, and trunk mat. Best deal I could find in the southeast.
