Hi Car_Man. I just got the following offer on a 2006 TSX (w/o Navigation) from Devan Acura in Norwalk, CT and would like your opinion. MSRP - 28,505 Net Cap - 26,600 Residual - 56%, 15,962.80 Miles - 12,000 Term - 42 Factor - .0028 Rate - 6.8% Bank Fee - 595 Motor Vehicle Fee - 155 Doc Fee - 199 Total Monthly Payment - 394.79 Total Spent (including 1st month payment) - 1400.73 Free oil changes included Is this a good deal?

I am from central CT but traveled to NY Curry Acura (in Scarsdale) for 2 hours as they have given me the best price on Acura TL Auto with NAVI. Here is the deal: $31,795, including destination and mudguards. Plus CT State Tax and about $60 in dealer fees (by the way, CT dealer fees are $200 to $250 more). I have called several CT dealerships: in Norwalk, as well as Schaller in Manchester, Avon Acura and Morande Acura. They all said the price (with destination but befor TTL and dealer fees) will be $32.8 -32.9 and this is with $1000 incentive (they said I can not use both financing and $1000). Called Curry Acura (worked with a Russian Internet Manager - his name on Curry Acura website). Very straight forward, almost no negotiation - good price right from the beginning. Travelled there on Saturday, the car and paperwork was ready. And they also gave me 4.9% financing for 60 months. Very pleasant experience.

Is that financed or cash? I'm going to Tustin on Sat to pick one up and would love to walk away with that price as well. Did you get an extended warranty?

Posted awhile back about a visit to Devan Acura of Norwalk. Since them, I've been to Executive in North Haven and Acura of Milford, and have talked price with NH internet mgr only. I have no desire to visit Greenwich Acura (nor any other car dealership in Greenwich, generally). Executive was really great to work with, while Devan was kind of 'if not you someone else', and Acura of Milford seemed more interested in badmouthing the fact that the local Toyota dealer was pushing more Camrys out per month than they'd sold in TLs all year. North Haven offered 33,490 for an '06 automatic with NAVI. Add on 6.5% sales tax plus the 'destination fee' and you're approaching 36K. The dealer assured me that the price was good for any Acura he could find in the tri-state area (i.e., color/interior combo I want that is still available). Sticker on the car was 35.9K, so I figure they are quoting about $500 over invoice. I am going to try and get the 2.9% financing for 48-60 months through Honda, and think I'll get it because it seems that in CT there is a *TON* of '06 inventory sitting around doing nothing.

What is included in pro pack? I know destination charge in cali. is $615 ... I m buying mine this weekend too ... still undecided how much I will be paying. -DgenX

I got a quote from Tustin Acura for $31,120 incl destination but excl propack. All of my quotes have been in writing. Weir Canyon offered $31486, Norm Reeves Mission Viejo offered $31,495. (both these include destination and propack). Looking forward to buying mine this weekend . . .
