Premier Dealer Program: Logo Use Guidelines & License

Edmunds.com encourages dealers who are active in the Premier Dealer Program (PDP) to use this specialized branding to distinguish themselves in their automotive marketplace. The Edmunds.com PDP logo (the "PDP Logo") is a strong visual identity for consumers — one that is becoming increasingly important in a highly sophisticated marketplace.

You are required to agree to all of the following in order to obtain our permission to use the PDP Logo. Upon your acceptance, you will be granted access to the logo images.

	I am currently active in the Edmunds.com Premier Dealer Program for one or more of my franchises/brands.

	I understand that I may use the PDP Logo only in connection with those specific franchises/brands, and only for so long as I am a participant in PDP.

By clicking "I Agree" below, you (the "Dealer") will be agreeing to the following Logo License:
PDP Logo License Dealer acknowledges that Edmunds.com is granting to Dealer the non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right during the term of Dealer's participation in the Premier Dealer Program (the "Term") to use and display the Edmunds Premier Dealer Logo (the "PDP Logo") within Dealer's print and online advertising and promotions. In the event of a revocation by Edmunds.com of this right, and/or upon the termination of the Term, Dealer agrees to promptly cease using and displaying the Logo. Dealer acknowledges that, upon acceptance of this PDP Logo License, Dealer will be provided access to the Logo Usage Guidelines, which sets forth requirements and restrictions concerning the use of the PDP Logo. Dealer agrees to abide by all of the restrictions and requirements set forth in the Logo Usage Guidelines, and understands that failure to do so will be grounds for the revocation of the license to use the PDP Logo. Any use of the PDP Logo shall inure to the benefit of Edmunds.com and Dealer agrees to take no action that is inconsistent with Edmunds.com's ownership of the Logo. You agree that any failure by Edmunds.com to object to any use by you of the PDP Logo will not be a waiver of Edmunds.com's rights.
