  hi, i have a 2002 daewoo leganza and its firing up on 2 cylinders, iv changed the coil paks plugs leads and everything, now iv replaced the ecm from another car and the car fires on all cylinders but immobilizer is cutting the fuel pump, iv bypassed the fuel pump relay so the fuel pump is on, but i cant bypass the injectors., so the car doesnt start now, any help ...   i am having the same problem with my 2002 daewoo laganza. I brought it to aamco hooked it up to there comp and it said i need my trany fixed and the only way to do that is to drop the whole trany . i walked out cause i was afraid that wouldcost me$$$$. was the prob theEGR valve gasket? or any other ideas or how much woul dit be to ...   GM never was the source of dealer warranty reimbursement.A separate entity was set up to handle warranty work at the time GM purchased DAEWOO.GM funded this entity as part of the purchase agreement.I know that there was a SUZUKI dealership in Spartanburg SC who honored these warranties.I'm not sure want the time limit was.I would check with JOE GIBSON Suzuki in Spartanburg SC.They may be able to help people find dealers ...   I have a 99 Leganza SX, 59k miles. I've had issues recently with it not starting, but the car would not even crank. It'd just sit and make a faint high pitched whine. Took it into the dealer, they checked the starter and other systems and they were fine, although they did trace it to the battery cables that had come a bit loose.   I disconnected the battery cable on my Daewoo Leganza and now my stereo won't work because I bought the car used and I don't have the security code. Can you help me find a way to get the code or find a solution to the problem of how I can get my stereo to work again. Thanks.

  In most areas where the Daewoo dealer is closing up, they are selling the new 2002 Leganza SE for around 65% of MSRP. In those other areas where the Dealer is still in business and performing warranty repairs and doing every thing they can to keep a customer, the new discounts are much less and the used retail is a bit higher.
