On the 11/07/11 i attended NAG (Nepean Auto Group) for an intermittent fault with my 1999 Chrysler Voyager’s warning lights and ignition system. This fault caused the car to start and cut out moments later, or the instrument cluster would fail while driving and not start the next time. The remedy that i had been using prior to taking to NAG was to disconnect the battery for 1+ hours and the ... Read More
I have a 2002 Chrysler Voyager EC that randomly jerks or bucks while I have my foot lightly on the gas pedal. I was wondering if you figured out what the problem was. I am having the exact same problem, it seems to be worse in the cold weather. The ignition switch and front control module were replaced, but neither fixed the problem. Dealer recommended replacing the ignition cylinder, but I fear it not fixing the problem and being out the $$. Please help! (I have a 2001 Chrysler Voyager)
This 2002 Chrysler Voyager's first problem, would go dead without warning, and then start right back. After about 6 weeks of this problem it would jerk and then go dead and sometime would not start back for awhile. We had the fuel filter, fuel pump, crank shaft sensor, oil pressure sending unit changed with no luck. After 3 different mechanical shops we finally have the problem solved. A $60.00 cam sensor ... The problem is more than likely just a need to replace one of the door switches that is no longer working. It is a very inexpensive switch, if it is the same one that went on the drivers door of our 1996 Caravan.

The last recall effected over 85,000 owners (but none on this forum I'm sure) with potential of misfiring airbags. That's more important than 0-60 times, or number of cupholders in my book. Misfiring, nice way to put it when I looked at the recall it said it possibly wouldn't go off. Not blow up in your face like you imply. Another slant to make things look worse then they are, same ... The Chrysler Group of DaimlerChrysler AG is recalling 70,000 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans, for a latch that may get stuck in the unopened position and consequently prevent proper closure and permit an unintended opening while the vehicle is in operation.
