Does anyone have a 2005 or 2006 Town and Country Short Wheel Base (or Dodge Caravan SWB) that has tight power steering? We bought our 2006 new and only have 6,000 miles on it and have taken it in for warranty twice for the power steering -or lack of. No whines or noise, just extremely difficult to turn. Hi Guys, I Have a 2005 Town and country v6 3.3 engine and just lately my car start to sputter/bounce around when i hit the gas. It would even let me get up to 30mph. We have a 2007 DGC, and none of our sets have experienced the problem you have. I'm guessing that you cannot buy just the cable or leg from Chrysler, but rather have to buy the whole seat. Why don't you look in a junk yard for the same year van and see if they have the whole seat. Then just use the parts you need. Color should not be a concern. Read More...

The A/C on my 2005 T&C will start cold and then blows hot, then cold again and will continue this cycle for some time. Dealer shop check the freon and for leaks and said it was OK, but the problem didn't exhibit itself while in service. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Read More...

Look, I also had a 2005 Grand Caravan, which was definitely better than my 2008 Town & Country. Not in terms of features, but handling, and some other minor things, was a bit better. IMO Chrysler took a step backwards with the new design. Also, entry/exit is more difficult due to being much taller for some reason. What I meant to say, that I never expected the Kia to ... This does work (I think I read the same forum!) but unfortunately it's temporary. In some cases it may not even last a day. I've read some tips like don't use the remote to lock the doors, use the lever on the door. I'm not really convinced. I have to reset it once every two or three days for my wife. It's a pain, but I'm not ready to pay the $$ to the dealer for the software ... Read More...

I too just experienced a 'power door lock falure'... out of nowhere my door locks stopped working. Thank you so much for posting your experience online. I am sure you saved my a lot of money. All I did was remove 10D fuse counted to 30 and vuala! My locks now work! Thank you so much!! Read More...
