Chrysler Sebring Audio System Questions
2006 Sebring
I have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring sedan. It has the factory stereo (1 disc) in it. There's nothing wrong with it, it works just fine accept for one thing.....Me. I can't figure out how to set the clock. It's an hour fast and it's driving me nuts. :) Read More...

Re: Love my Sebring ! [cliff11]
I too am really enjoying my Sebring. It's a new 2006 convertible Limited that was one of the last few on the local lots during the summer of 2007, and the 2008 models were already on the lots. (Chrysler didn't make a 2007 model.) The only issue I've had is that there is a worn spot on the soft top that is about the size of a pea. The dealer's rep took a quick look at it and immediately ... Fraying Soft Top
My 2006 Sebring convertible is a new demo. I've owned it for a month and it has 6500 miles. There are two spots on the fabric top -- on the left side and on the opposite place on the right side -- just above the trunk where the fabric is showing signs of wear. The dealer I bought it from looked at it on a Saturday and asked that I show it to their soft-top specialist who is available ... Read More...

Re: Sebring Convertible hardtop 3.5L to arrive June 08/2007 on dealer lots [flash11]
I have a 2006 Impala with the base six (3.5 litre) and I get around 20 in town and 32-34 on the road. I doubt that high gas prices will "kill" the V-6. I certainly intend to get one on a TOuring convertible as soon as 2008 program cars hit the street. I like to be able to pass people and my experiences with the 4's have not been good. A V-6 is normally smooth, quiet, and fairly ... Read More...

I agree. I'll be interested in the mid-level model with the small six or the base model with an optional six. Why they even attempted to put a four in this size car is beyond belief. This is a nice looking car and like all Sebrings, Impalas, etc. it will have a huge depeciation so I won't waste money on a new one but will wait about six months or so until the ex-rental cars ... Re: 07 Sebring [zeen]
I was hopeful for the 2007 model. Currently, I own a 2002 black Sebring LX. I bought it brand new for a really good price. It feels very solid and it's proven to be a faithful soldier. Only 2-3 minor problems surfaced during these past 5 years and all have been covered under warranty. Even after all this time I get many compliments on my car's appearance (100% stock, ... Re: Rant [giggs]
I bought a new 2007 Chrysler Sebring on November 30, 2006. I got rid of it on January 26, 2007. Got rid of that car before it needed it's first oil change. Nothing but misaligned body panels, wind noise through the doors and a dealer that was less than honest. Never got a response from DaimlerChrylser on the matter and the dealer told me he wasn't going to reengineer ... Read More...

Re: 2006 Sebring Convertible Is Haunted, I Think... [missmychevy]
I feel better knowing I'm not the only one too! ha ha ha. So, my car is at the chrysler garage now. They haven't called me yet, so I have no clue what they've found. All I know is that progressively mine was getting worse. I feel like an idiot when it goes off like that. I was starting to feel like I couldn't park it anywhere. I knew my neighbors were starting to not like it, ... Read More...
Re: 2006 Sebring Convertible Is Haunted, I Think... [shana1977]
Thank goodness! (well, you know what I mean). I thought I was the only one. I've made an appointment with Chrysler to bring it in next week for service. The woman at the dealership would not tell me whether or not this is a common problem with these cars. She danced all around my question. I'm sure it is. I found a Technical Service Bulletin for an erratic horn on a Chrysler ... Read More...

I took a test drive of the base model, with automatic
and it was close to 20K msrp Ummm, to get the sunroof(and maybe 8 way seat... I did not feel it needed a way seats, vs the way adjustable... but I only drove it 15 minutes, tops, so who knows what it'd be like on 1-2 hour trips) added nearly 1K to the price, and close to 21K ( of course, -500 off msrp, they said) still be about 20K, and I would Get Less than what the Kia Optima( ...
