Great car except for the Chrysler engine and transmission. if you want a nice car to look at, it's perfect; if you want a reliable car that won't cost you a lot after purchase for repairs don't even think about this car.

I have been shopping for a new car for months and I don't think I will beat what I have. My 04 Sebring LX is roomy. Very easy on the eyes. Decent gas mileage. Has been very reliable. Comfortable ride. Affordable to own. Think I'll quit looking
Favorite Features
Love the look of the wide wheel base. Room in the cabin and trunk more then enough.
Suggested Improvements
Watch corrosion on door panels. Need better weather stripping, would quiet the ride from road noise. Engine a little noisy as well but was quieter then the new Fusion I test drove. Brakes need attention, need to improve quality there.

Excellent Car

2004 Chrysler Sebring Touring 4dr Sedan (2.7L 6cyl 4A)
Review
It has not given a moments trouble. It has all the gadgets. Good mileage. Good acceleration. Comfortable. For it's price I would put it up against any car. This is my first Chrysler and it is quality. I just could not keep quiet about my car any longer. When others have problems I wonder if they get a lemon or don't take care of it.
Favorite Features
Fun to drive. Mine is a beautiful deep cobalt blue.
Suggested Improvements
It could use a more expensive interior. It could have more head room.

Review
This car is no fun to drive. The four cylinder version has absolutely no pick-up, although the RPMs always come close to redlining. Overall, a sad car to drive.
Favorite Features
The only good features of this car are the sound system, good fuel economy, and a smooth ride.
Suggested Improvements
Maybe a nicer exterior. It is so boring and plain. Also, for such a large car, the engine is severely underpowered.

Very Nice Car

I think that this is a great car. I purchased my LX V6 sedan because I have always liked the body styling and it was the least expensive used sedan on the lot. I made the right choice. It handles better than the Mustang it replaced. I have had no mechanical problems. It gets 25 miles to the gallon commuting. The seats are comfortable. The controls are well laid out. I have driven 4 other people to lunch, and no one complained of the size. I would definitely recommend this car to my friends. It is a great car for the money.
Favorite Features
It drives and handles better than any entry/mid-level sedan I have ever driven. Great trunk space.
Suggested Improvements
The cupholders are mediocre. There are only four, and the front ones are under the radio, limiting the heigth of cup that will fit. Plus, the gear shift gets in the way of the cupholders if the car is in park.

My wife's dream car. Definitely not mine. Car looks nice, but that's it. 2.7L V6 is okay but stalls & sputters in summer (when you'd like to be driving the most). Very finicky w/fuel brands here in NE. After 2mos going back & forth w/regional mgr. they replaced fabric top ("weave direction"/wasn't sewn correctly?) Cabin fan relay (AC) died on our anniversary trip-! Dealer couldn't fix terminals on rear defrost after 4 trips & then wouldn't warranty their own repairs. (fixed myself w/flexible conductive epoxy) Driver's door still isn't adjusted correctly. Daimler Benz has surely picked up a ailing pony in Chrysler. I will NEVER EVER buy a mopar again.

Build in some quality and stand behind what you build!! US companies will continue to lose business if continue to treat customers this way.

I love this car. It is so much fun, but unfortunately I will be trading it in for either a Honda or Toyota. I have never had a vehicle that had to go into the shop so often and since I have 38K+ miles on it now the factory warranty has expired. I have an extended warrenty but not everything is covered under it and each time I take it in for repairs I pay a $100 deductible. OUCH!! I'm afraid it's just a matter of time before something goes wrong with it that is not covered under the extended warrenty. I am afraid to keep it.

This is a great car. It has room for 5 and rides like a cloud. It is the 3rd convertible that I have owned. If you want a convertable buy a sebring, you will be very happy. This car has the feeling of driving a sporty car and the ride of a limo. There is plenty of trunk space, glove box is large, room under the arm rests. You will wonder how they found so much room.
Favorite Features
The room for five, the comfort and the smooth ride.
Suggested Improvements
Automatic cover for the rag top when open.
