I have contacted Chrysler customer support regarding this 9 months ago and am still waiting. :P They put me on a Priority status. Still no door handle. Had the same downshift problem with my 2002 Sebring convertible. Chrysler refers to it as harsh downshifting. They have issued at least two Technical Service Bulletins involving 4-3 downshifting. I am not sure what these bulletins say. My problem would show up after my speed had reached at least 30mph and the transmission had gone up to at least 3rd to 4th gear. ... Read More...

The other morning while I was driving to work I was going around 40mph when suddenly my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible died. When I came to a stop I was able to start the car again. I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, 2.7 liter, and the dealers can not fix my problem. The first dealer had the car 3 different times for a total of 23 days, replaced the speed sensor and the tcm.
