I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, 2.7 liter, and the dealers can not fix my problem. The first dealer had the car 3 different times for a total of 23 days, replaced the speed sensor and the tcm. The second dealer has had the car 16 days, 2 different visits, and has replaced the speed sensor, throttle valve sensor, and the pcm. The speedometer intermittently ... Read More...

One mechanic I asked to look at a Sebring 2002 I was interested in, said, "If it has a 2.7 engine, I won't even look at it." Of course it did as has all the others I have looked at. He said his aunt took perfect care of her car and one day at a red light it blew up. The motor had to be replaced because the water lines run through the motor and if they begin to leak, well it's ruined. ... Read More...

We have had problems with our 2002 Sebring radio and 4 CD changer and will be replacing it with an aftermarket unit. Any local car stereo shop can sell and install a unit for you. Cruchfield.com is also a good source for after market stereo/cd players. You will not be able to buy a unit which will control your 4 CD changer. No one makes such a unit. You can probably find ... Hi All! I have a 2002 Sebring LXI sedan with 81K miles. I'm currently praying that the car will last longer then my car payments to Chrysler Financial which end 4/2007!!! I was hopeful for the 2007 model. Currently, I own a 2002 black Sebring LX. I bought it brand new for a really good price. It feels very solid and it's proven to be a faithful soldier. I also have a 2002 sebring with 82,000 mile and have been experiancing the SAME ISSUES! My car consistently jerks back and forth when I'm coming to a stop or slowing down.
