  Had the same downshift problem with my 2002 Sebring convertible. Chrysler refers to it as harsh downshifting. They have issued at least two Technical Service Bulletins involving 4-3 downshifting. I am not particularly happy with this in light that that the rotors life span is now reduced to maybe two more machinings and then they have to be replaced.   jcach, the wind screen most definitely stops the wind. Its the best accessory I bought for my 2002 Chrysler Sebring GTC. However I bargained with the dealer and got the screen for $150.00 (I don't think these screens are big sellers). Go get one and be careful installing.

  we recently purchased 2002 Chrysler Sebring convertible. It seems there is a lot of body flex when going in & out driveway or on rough roads. The popping or groaning noise seems to come from the body binding on the doors. Has anyone had this problem and if so what was the fix?
