My mechanic took off the tank and replaced both fuel pumps, syphon hoses and gas gauge sensors (all located in the fuel tank)--be sure to use Chrysler factory parts from a dealer. It sounds like your Pacifica has daytime sensors for the headlights. If you do then there should be a sensor on the dashboard. If not, then press the menu button next to the clock. There should be a setting for the headlights or power accessory delay. Hope to be of help.

I wouldn't buy a Pacifica any older than 2007. You definitely want the 4.0L and 6-Speed Transmission. What you need is the (overhead) wiring harness, thats what everyone on this post needs if you have the 6 disc dvd with no monitor and want to install the monitor, but thats not the only wires you will need. Trying to figure this out has not been very easy. There are several wires that you need. If you feel its burning oil more faster than the 3000 mile checkup, every time you change the oil, you can ask the attendant to fill it 1/3 above the normal filling line which will give you more time and less worry when you are ready to change the oil. Yep! You got it. Thats EXACTLY what they do. Clean the throttle body first, then check it for scuffing on the inner wall where the plate closes(at idle position). It has to be real clean and removed from the car to see it. At that spot is where you need to lightly buff the inside of the housing so the plate does not catch(bind) on it anymore. Am lucky I check my engine oil...found I need to add a quart of oil every 1000 miles. My Pacifica has only logged 60k miles...would assume the engine seals are shot and engine is burning oil. I have always been good at getting my oil changed and have not had any problems until the last 6 months. Does it get worse?
Currently at 60K miles and am now experiencing a sticking throttle when moving from idle or parked position...have to push pretty far to get any movement response..and then car jolts forward or backward depending on if in drive or reverse.

Hi ski7304. DaimlerChrysler is no longer providing lease support on 2006 models. If you were to lease one through Chrysler Financial right now, you would have to use its standard lease program, which is not very good. Hi, When I price a 2006 AWD Pacifica with the U package on edmunds and configure it on the chrysler website I get an MSRP of 34,375, but the dealer has one with a sticker on it for 34,175. I have cross checked but can't find a difference and the dealer is pretending he doesn't know why, of course. Any help?

I have leased many cars since 1969 & find that they are only a "good deal" when you drive a min. of 25,00 miles per year or more.
