Chrysler Pacifica Oil Problems

Oil pan for 2004 3.5L Pacifica? Someone? Anyone?

For whatever reason, which isn't important at this point, I am in need of a new oil pan for my 2004 FWD 3.5L Pacifica. The threads are shot on the drain spout. Even though they plugged the drain spout when the damage occurred so I could keep using the car, it is not usable anymore. I need to replace the pan, so I can get a functioning drain spout. I have a 2004 chrysler Pacifica AWD. It have terrible creeks in the rear suspension, you can push down on the back of the car and make it creek, when we drive it and slow down to turn people look at us its so bad. This what I did, I had the following items replaced, rear motor mount, power steering, cradle bushings, lower control arm bushings, axle shafts, front motor mount, some spacers out on the axle end and rebuilt the trans. I have a 2004 Pacifica with 87k. It has been in the repair dealer shop three times this year. The first time I was told I need a PCM. Replaced that April. Less than a week the engine light came on. I have 2004 Pacifica. LOVE it except for the "Chrysler Creak" as I call it. When braking hard, or turning and braking (example: going into parking spaces) I hear a creaking/popping noise from the front end.
