Because of an operation, I was not able to drive for six weeks. Before going into the hospital, the nav system worked perfectly. When I started it up, after the six weeks of sitting, I got the message that it could not read the DVD-ROM. The Chrysler dealer doesn't really know what the problem is, We took our 2004 Pacifica in on Monday to have all the cradle bushings replaced. This is after control arm bushings, front & rear motor mounts and a complete trans overhaul and the TSB for the axle shims. It's now Sunday and after all this they are still looking for the noise. For whatever reason, which isn't important at this point, I am in need of a new oil pan for my 2004 FWD 3.5L Pacifica. The threads are shot on the drain spout. Even though they plugged the drain spout when the damage occurred so I could keep using the car, it is not usable anymore. I need to replace the pan, so I can get a functioning drain spout. I would be suspect of an invoice price. There are many pieces of paper that are referred to as an invoice. I believe that the dealer's have about 25% to play with. Good luck with your Aspen.
