Wow, yeah ... you obviously have no clue what "mule" means and didn't actually read the article with any comprehension. If you think you're looking at the pre-production Volt car itself, you're sadly mistaken. Let me add to this one: I bought an '82 Citation.,.brand new, One its first outing, the thing died right in its tracks in the middle of nowhere. Electrical wiring problem.
