  The only reason I know it was a recall is because our mechanic just fixed the issue a few weeks ago in a 2010 model and Chevy covered it due to the recall. He couldn't beleive they wouldn't cover ours.

This is quite often, but not always, due to the wheel speed sensor wiring completely exposed to the outside weather elements. And never trust a Car Fax.   Hey goblue89. The $2,000 customer cash that General Motors is providing on the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse is not available on leases through GMAC...HOWEVER an even better $3,100 cash incentive is. With GM idling several plants this summer, including the plant that manufactures the Traverse, it could be a while before the 2010 comes out and supply may begin to fall.
