"I have these - AutoVentShade brand - on a Ranger. On that application at least, they fit inside the window channel, but are held in the channel with tape rather than with tension." I have a 2002 Trailblazer that is throwing road debris from the front tires onto the flanged area in front of the rear tires. I have 13000 miles on it. It has never been off road.
