2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer EXT LS 4WD 4dr SUV (4.2L 6cyl 4A)

Review

Current incentives make the 04
Trailblazer cheaper than a stripped
Explorer. If you are considering an
Explorer, drive the chevy first. The
Explorer feels like an Escort on stilts
while the Trailblazer feels like a
Caddy on steriods. The EXT also has
a 'real' 3rd seat instead of the padded
cargo deck Ford tries to pass as a 3rd
seat.

Best Features

GM comfort can't be beat, if you have to drive you may as well be comfortable. The smooth running I6 engine is much better than the rattling V6 in the Explorer.

Worst Features

The 3rd row seat can't be folded down from the cargo area and doesn't fold 'flat'. The cargo platform is a pain to reposition but may wear in over time.
