Recurring battery/engine issues.
We purchased a 2006 Tahoe LT in Jan. 2010. Since then, on numerous occasions the vehicle just won't start. This happened several times in the winter months. It is not the tires, I had a 2010 Tahoe and they had to replace the entire rear end, but the Tahoe still had the vibration but not as bad as it was. Still messing around with teh 2010 Suburban - 2nd dealership calls the vibration "suspension recovery" and recommended taking it to an aftermarket alignment shop to have the driveline/tires, etc balanced. Also had me drive a 2011 LS in attempts to compare with how my LTZ should be driving - not even the same suspension - absolutely ridiculous. First off the dealership switched out the factory OEM Chevy Rims and tires and replaced them with GMC rims and cheap tires., second they would not switch back. Yes. The dealer had to replace all four tires. It took them a few days to find four tires of equal weight. Make sure you make them do a forced balance on the tires.

I have a 2007 Chevy Suburban LT ( loaded) X2w drive at 86,500 miles, my transmission completely went out no drive gears only reverse. I was still under warranty, my dealer told me that the problem was fixed. the dealer took out the burnt gears and clutch and repair the bad parts in the transmission. I did not go back to your previous discussions. Is yours 4wh drive? It matters a lot. If 4 wheel you have double the "spinning" parts. If you have 2 wheel drive it should be much easier to find the source

Have the done the obvious, like test swap the whole set of 4 wheel/tires off a vehicle that you know rides smooth, to totally rule out your wheels as the problem? Or put your wheels on another vehicle that initially drives smooth, see if the problem moves with the swap or not.

I purchased a 2010 chevy tahoe LS today. purchase price was 35,000 plus I got 3,000 in rebates. So I ended up getting it for 32,000. I just want to know if this sounds like a good deal. They said I was getting into their holdback, but I really don't buy that.
