Help Chevy tahoe battery or Electrical issues

I Have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe z 71. the problem is that while driving the battery light will turn on and and all the gauges will go down and power right back up. The car will not turn off just seems like battery is trying to die. I replaced my battery after car once dying. But now it is a brand new battery and i still get my battery light to turn on and off. yes i did. chev. paid for it. i had less than 70000 miles on a 2005 tahoe , they took care of the bill, there was one guy who bought the dash cluster on ebay an fix it him self gm did not paid for his repair Read More...

Sands Chevrolet in Glendale Arizona told me that it would not be covered under any type of warranty or this "recall" due to the mileage being over the limit. I then contacted GM (Corporate office) and was directed to the "District Specialty Department". I know that you posted this a while back but I just came across this by chance. I have the exact same problem in my 2003 Z-71. The speedometer needle is all the way to the right at the max speed and my oil gauge doesn't work either. Were you able to resolve your issues? Thank you. Pete D. Read More...

I have an 03 Chevy Tahoe Z71 -- the ac seems to work but the fan doesn't blow at ll unless you are going down the road pretty fast it will blow out some. I checked the BLOWER fuse and it was fine. It seems to me that this might be a wiring issue. Does anyone know where the ac fan is located in the engine so I can check the wire going to it? Also, what other things can I check myself ... 2003 Chevy Tahoe...two days ago "sound" on the radio gone, yesterday door locks quit, now the ignition is down. Two more payments and it is ours and I had a knot in my stomach about this until I read this message and am hopeful it is my issue too. It is definitely worth a try as it is dead-in-the-water.
