Need advice/help I am swapping an engine out of a chevy suburban, 1995 7.4 liter with 4 wheel drive into a 1998 chevy 3500 dually with a flat bed . I am seeking guidance and suggestions and advice about the problems to do this. thanks for reading this post cueman

Add me on this list, My 09 Suburban LTZ is having the same problem as the rest of the people on this forum, the mechanism wont lock or unlock the door. At 40,000 miles the driver rear went out, at 45,000 miles the passenger rear went out. I'm at 73,000 miles now. Why don't you take it to a transmission shop, where they can drive it and tell you what they think is wrong with it, and what it would take to fix. They work on transmissions day in and out. They'll be able to both feel and hear the symptoms, something an internet user can only speculate based on your description.

1998 Chevy Suburban 4X4 Engine boggs down during exceleration, I can feel it shift in 1-2-3 not sure about 4th. It does not want to down shift. I have notice it does not have a TCC cable. I know to hold the compass button down until i have to pick a zone, but I have no clue as to the zone i am in while in miami, FL. then I have to complete 3 circles/// I believe, Anybody know or have a map ofthe different zones in the US? thanks

I just bought my (new to me) 1998 Chevy Suburban/1500/5.7v and the positive side of the battery post is loose. I have tightened it and previous (original) owner said he had problem too with it coming loose. Any fix? It is a new battery. I did order a new brass fitting for it (hasn't come yet) someone said it is better. Any help

Bought it last saturday. Love it! The wife and I had a 1989 Suburban/2500/454 two years ago and sold it after owning it for 4 years. That was a love hate relationship (lol). I hope this one is better :)
