2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 4dr Extended Cab LT 4WD SB (5.3L 8cyl 4A)

Review

good, has but would be better with more
power of a bigger engine. I have lots
of big dog parts on my silverado so it
has more power because there in not
enought stock.

Worst Features

2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 4dr Extended Cab LS Rwd SB (4.8L 8cyl 4A)

Review

In my search for this very vehicle, I
was determined to get what I wanted. I
had no problem finding it!

Best Features

The features of the LS are the little luxury items I needed to upgrade, tilt stearing wheel, power windows, lots of leg room, espesially in the extended cab

Worst Features

My vehicle is actually a 2000, I didn't really care for the modification of the look of the Silverado-I'll keep my 2000

2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 4dr Extended Cab Z71 4WD LB (5.3L 8cyl 4A)

Review

Have had the truck for one week. Have
had older Chevys, Fords, and most
recently a 2001 Tundra. This is the
first 4X4 that I have owned. So far
I've really enjoyed this truck. Ride
comfort is surprising. Noise level is
also surprising. Really have enjoyed
the XM radio and the heated seats.
Being just a little larger than the
Tundra makes a big difference.

Best Features

Quietness and power. Nice to be able to completely equip the truck with all the options (leather, XM, etc.)

Worst Features

I can already see that gasoline mileage is going to be a concern. Put a mirror behind the driver's sun visor to make my wife happy.

2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 4dr Extended Cab LS Rwd SB (4.8L 8cyl 4A)

Review

I bought this truck as a daily
commuter and weekend hauler. I wanted
comfort during the week and acceptable
mileage (over 20 miles/gallon with a
tonneau top). Additionally I wanted
ample room for adults, teenagers and
the dog when going on short to medium
range family trips. I am glad I made
the decision to buy this truck even
though I looked at Ford and Toyota
first. The reason that put me over
the edge was I got a "GM in the
Driveway" certificate from a GM Parts
employee.

Best Features

Seating, smooth ride suspension and instrument layout.

Worst Features

Upgrade the speaker and outside trim quality.
