This was a wonderful first car for me.
You'll definately turn a few heads in
it. I bought it used with 90,000 miles
on it, and it now has 132,000. It
still looks great inside and out. The
leather interior and just the get-up-
and-go of this car is fantastic.

Underpowered
Excessive engine maitenance, e.g. at
65,000 miles new intake manifold gasket
was required due to excessive oil
consumption. Cost $450
Coolant leaks, rear freeze plug needs
to be replaced Cost $125
All six ingnition coils and wires
replaced at 60,000 miles. Cost $250?
On a scale of 1 to 10 this vehicle is a
5 because of maintenance issues.

Review
I had the MC for over 5 years now and I
am sad to say that it is on it's way to
the salvage yard tomorrow because of an
unfortunate accident through no fault
of the Monte. I could avoid any
accident in that car because of the
superior handling and road hugging. But
there's not much you can do when the
car is hit while it's parked. It has
127000+ miles on it and it still ran
like new. No rattles or vibrations. I
have only had to regular maintenance
and never had any other problems with
it. I was also happy with power,
considering the engine size and good
gas mileage. All in all, it was a great
car and I will miss it.

I have owned a 1995 Monte Carlo SS for
a year, and I absolutely love it. It's
just too unfortunate that I have to
sell the vehicle to pay for schooling.

Great looks inside and out, (and gets
plenty of looks 2)lotts of get up and
go in the Z34 pkg..Handles very well in
the winter and rain
Only one cup holder is my biggest
problem with this SWEET Machine

Ride and comfort are great. Mileage
is 31 hghy/22 city. I have 84,000 mi
on it and the lony problem was a
shorted spark plug wire, and a clip
snapped off the inner door lock.
Console compartment door hinge
(plastic) keeps breaking.
