Small Car. Great Mileage.Always starts. Plenty comfortable.Safer than a motorcycle. Keeps rain and snow off head. All you really need!

Favorite Features

Gas mileage. Fun to drive. Not bad in snow (with the right tires).Leaves enough money in your pocket to buy lunch!

Suggested Improvements

None. Although it,s too bad chevy quit selling them. Maybe add some better tires like Pirelli or Bridgestone.

2000 Chevrolet Metro 2 Dr STD Hatchback

Review

For someone who needs only basic, no frill transportation, this car served me just fine. This 1800 pound, three cylinder car keeps up with any freeway traffic. With no A/C and equipted with a manual transmission, all of the energy goes to the wheels. The fifth gear overdrive allows me to coast down a hill without touching the gas pedal and provided me with fifty-seven MPG.

Favorite Features

Cost, MPG, No door dings due to narrow width. Easy parking.

Suggested Improvements

Nothing. A perfect sub-compact that gets the same fuel econmy as a hybrid car with half the cost. I'm sorry to see this car vanish from America's new car fleet. Bring it back for sale in America, that's the only improvment.
