For the price, at least you get size

2006 Chevrolet Malibu LS 4dr Sedan (2.2L 4cyl 4A)
Ok, the numbers may look a bit harsh, but has anyone considered an alternative? There's the Ford Fusion and the Hyundai Sonata. This car is not a bad one, but for the 17,000 dollar price tag, there are many better options out there. The ride quality on the Malibu is great, but the suspension is so soft that the car wobbles in the wind and on the highway. The 4cyl engine is very loud, which can make you think you're going fast, until you check the speedometer that is. Within 6k miles, the dome light stopped working (the switch went bad) and the drivers side sun visor fell off. This is a car best left for hardcore Chevy enthusiasts. Unless you can find one at a huge discount, don't even bother
The ride is nice, and the stereo is impressive for a base model. The exterior styling isn't so bad. You get a big car for the money, but there's not much to it.
The steering feels entirely numb, and the brakes don't seem up to stopping this behemoth. The suspension lets this car roll more than an SUV. The transmission can't figure out when to upshift. For 17,000 dollars, all you get is a cd player and power windows. I couldn't find an excuse to keep the car
