Bought the car new in '99 and haven't
had a single mechanical problem. The
LTZ model has plenty of power due to
the 200 HP 3.8L engine (same as Grand
Prix GT). Handling is very good for a
modestly priced sedan. Body roll is
minimal in most corners. Interior is
exceptionally quiet due to double
sealed doors. Excellent car. GM made
a mistake by stopping production.
Powerful 200 HP V6 engine. Excellent 4
wheel disk brakes. Stainless steel
exhaust. Heavy roll bars front and rear.
Very quiet car, inside and out. Roller
lifters. Cast iron cylinder heads.
Smooth shifting auto transmission. LTZ
logo embroidered into back seat. 16
inch alloy wheels.
Seats could be a little bit more
plush. Needs better cup holder.
Interior has a bit too much plastic.
Fit and finish on dash could be better.
