Excelelnt handler . Have made many road trips and have yet to get less than 33 mpg-and that is driving at 75-80 mph. To go 500 - 600 on a tank of gas is awesome. Very smooth on the road, keep your radio turned up or this car will putyou to sleep.

We are at about 24000 miles with absolutely no problems. The car has impeccable manners. Good acceleration and we get about 28 overall mpg and 32 to 35 on the Interstate.

An incredibly spacious interior as well as a very classy design for its price group. Handling is balanced and precise. A pretty sporty feel when driving for a sedan.

The new Impala base 3.4 commands the road like a champion. No growl like the 3.8 LS, however their is a solid amount of power delivered as smooth as silk to the front wheels. Value, style, performance, and safety.

Great Value

I have had the car for one year and put 30K miles on it. I am getting 27 mpg (mostly highway driving). The car is loaded with options and is a great value. The ride is smooth and the power is sufficient. My only problem is that I lose radio reception when the rear defogger is on. If you are looking for a sporty family car with more bang for your buck, you need to consider the Impala LS.

This is a very well built car, with a engine known for its reliability. We looked at almost all other vehicles in this price range from other manufacturers and have to say it was pretty obvious that chevys build qulity is top notch. Not only under the hood but the Impala on the interior just (for lack of a better word) feels so much better. The other cars in this price range from Dodge and Ford really use alot of cheap plastic giving it a really cheap feel.

I researched this car for months, test drove it, and bargained the price down to where I wanted it. I am very, very pleased with the styling and performance. Bought it in the Galaxy Metallic Silver w/sunroof & spoiler, leather...makes me feel like I am 21 again, only at 21, you can't afford this car! Buy it! You'll like it.

EXCELLENT DRIVING MACHINE

Review

Edmunds say this car is disappointing. Not true, I own V8 power cars before and this car out perform most of them and I only has the 3.4 V6. This car is better than Ford, Chrysler, Toyata, Honda, Nissan and Acura. I haven lost a race against them yet. The only thing about the Chevrolet Impala 3.4V6 its a little slow in the first gear bur after that it will kick your ass. Stop giving the consumers bad information.
