1996 Chevrolet Impala SS 4dr Sedan

Review

This is our vacationing, interstate cruising, mountain climbing muscle car. When you push on the accelerator, it goes. Reliable super performing vehicle. Funny to watch people in front of you slow down, move out of the way thinking you are a police cruiser. My son has spoken for my car.

Favorite Features

Power on demand. Heavy comfortable cruiser. Reliable. 20 mpg on highway. We feel safe in this car. It looks like, and is, one of the last of the rear-wheel drive muscle cars. The 96' gauges and floor mounted shifter -- Chev. finally got it right, and then stopped production.

Suggested Improvements

If Chev. were to start reproducing this vehicle (which they won't), it could use better lumbar support in driver' seat.
