Ethanol does not "build up". It does lower your mpg. E85 is not a good choice in any car that can use regular gasoline.Report it
The engine doesn't require E85, it just has the ability to burn it. We have never used E85 in our 2010 HHR. Should run fine on regular 87 octane gas.Report it
