Been in the shop 2 times and is not recommended.
It has no power and now the worst part is that the dealer cannot fix my issue.
Day 5 and I'm still waiting.
They are not even sure how to fix it.
It is a 2011 so how can they not know how to fix and program a BCM????
GOOD JOB, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO OTHERS!
My daughter's 2011 was in the dealer shop for SIXTEEN days, bent valves 2, 3 and 4 (gee wasn't she lucky it didn't involve #1?).
Compression test was bad.
Replace valves, cylinder head, camshaft chain and balancer.
lOnly good part...they gave her a 2013 Chevy Impala right away while they figured out what to do.
Gets it back yesterday,,,,,doing the SAME thing, running rough, engine light is on, stalled two times before getting out of her driveway and the dealer's lot (tech drove it, miraculously the light went out).
Drove it 20 more miles, parked it, not safe to drive, especially on the interstate.
Waiting for Monday morning to be at the Chevy dealer's door!
