I purchased a 2010 Equinox six weeks ago.. The list price was $27,050. I was able to get deductions for my GMCard ($4550), credit union member ($250), ca$h for Clunkers ($4500- 2000 Dodge Durango), and the dealer took off another $500 or so, total deductions from list price was approx $9800. I did some checking for you. If you search the part by clicking "Accessories" on the front page, then Chevy, Equinox, 2010 - you will come to the catalog page. The Trailer hitch is part No. 19202502 as referred to in your note. To the right it states "Includes Hitch, Harnesses and Bolts", no mention of the receiver, pin and ball since they are sold separately as part ... Read More...

Please read my post on line,First File a formal complaint with the National transportation safety board to have this vehicle removed from the road so no one else will buy such a Lemon Vehicle. Also File a formal complaint with the FTC. Chevy/GM knew about these defective head gaskets when these vehicles were built and knew they only had a 3-5 year vehicle life,my ... Read More...

Yes sad to say, this vehicle is a GM/Chevy Lemon vehicle.I have the same problem. This is a good Vehicle as long as you don't have to drive it anyplace.Great for sitting in your backyard.Please contact the National transportation Safety Board. Well compared to a Rav4 (assuming you mean toyota resale value) with similar options the equinox was $5000 cheaper. But yes it will depreciate faster than a Toyota or Honda but that is fine, ill take that loss just to stay in a Chevrolet :) Also vehicles are alot more expensive here in canada. Welcome to Equinox group. Does yours have all wheel drive , sounds like from the Canadian dollar sticker price. We have an 08 LT AWD with the full load of options and we love it. Sounds like your dealer gave you a good price on the 09 . I have owned three Chevrolet's in twenty years and they all had the gas cap on the left side, go figure. I just got through test driving a new 2010 Chevy Equinox 1LT AWD. Sticker price was just over $27k. It had the in line 4 cylinder and was rated for 29 MPG on the highway. 1st impressions were a huge improvement over the 2009 and older versions of the Equinox!
