I saw that you did this yourself, so I am wondering where did you go to get your wiring harness, lights, etc. I will have to get the different bumper inserts too. I purchased a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LT (Program Car) about 4 months ago. I have a 2007 Cobalt LS, 4-door (man lock). My issue is that first, my door handle on my drivers door snapped off. I had to open the door by pulling the left over piece of plastic out. Many auto writers are clearly overly biased toward the imports for some reason and that is unfortunate since we are looking to them for the truth when researching vehicles. just wanted to let you know that i have a 2007 chevy cobalt with rear passenger side door issues. before the year was up from me having the car, the door lock just popped out. i could not lock the door, but opening it was no problem. i ended up removing the door interior panel and it turned out the inside piece which connects the door lock to the door handle is not very sturdy. ... My 2006 Cobalt LS, was in a Showroom before I brought it, never had any problems until after 50,000 miles, I had to do some minor repairs on it, next step is the fuel filter, and brakes. One thing good about it is the gas milage which consumes 34mpg/hwy 27mpg/city and also, never had to buy brakes for my car since I brought it, of course now the brakes are starting to squeek. ... I had bought my 2007 chevy cobalt new and since have had some problems with it. Starting with the minor...the seatbelt wouldn't retract and was fixed. At 12,000 miles the battery had dead cells and wouldn't start. Just wanted to comment ... I drive 75-80 miles round trip to work daily in city/hwy traffic in Dallas/FtWorth .. I average 32-33 mpg. I have a Cobalt sedan 2007. My daughter has a Cobalt coupe 2007. I just took a trip to Houston last weekend driving 60 mph with no AC on with some rain and averaged 41.3 mpg with an average speed of 57 calculated by the onboard computer ... Read More...

in regards to that noise in your front end i have an 08 and its been to the garage twice before 9000 miles the strut mounts were shot along with the struts believe me or not every crack in the road made that front end bang and rattle good luck i paid over 18 000 for this special edition cobalt i should have kept my ford i never had any issues only with chevy that sucks cuz i ...
