We don't know what your state is so taxes OTD can run from 300-$1000. Cobalt is regularly advertised for 3000-4000 off MSRP, Putting a good price in the 10-11k (automatic trans?) range +tax and title. Its OK, but not a deal I would risk getting a speeding ticket for. I do not recommend this car to anyone. I have had nothing but problems from day one. Yes, it does have a problem with not starting and if I don't press in the clutch a certain way, it won't start. I finally made my deal and have the 2007 Cobalt LT for nearly a month. The MSRP for the car with only automatic transmission is $15,635 before taxes. Of course I was not going to pay that.
