The best of all worlds. A daily driver with bountiful power. Relatively economical to own, and an absolute blast to drive. The balance takes some time to get used to, but oversteer can be a good thing. Takes turns amazingly fast, just make sure you're dead- straight before touching the throttle. A glowing endorsement, but also its biggest flaw. You'll always be itching for the open road. You'll never find a road open enough. You always catch up to someone in a blink of an eye.
Eight cylinders. Six gears.The price. Topless cruising. Rear-wheel drive. Wide front tires just for turning and braking. Sixth gear. Laughing at any economy car that thinks it can be tuned to anything like this.
The interior is from another era, and should have been left there. All of the cheap plastic parts are a constant reminder of GM's image issues. The perception of Camaro being a red-neck car doesn't help either. Now, if someone could just get all of those slow cars out of the way.
