255,000 miles and still going

Vehicle: 1995 Chevrolet Camaro 2dr Convertible

Would you believe I have 255,000 miles on my Camaro with no major mechanical problems so far? Always thought that would be a volvo or saab, not a chevy. I've been very pleased with my car's longevity; just goes to show you what consistent oil changes do for you and good workmanship.

Great car

Vehicle: 1995 Chevrolet Camaro 2dr Convertible

The 1995 V-6 convertible Camaro is great. The significant troubles have included both window motors, broken hinge on center console lid, started burning a quart of oil every 2000 miles after about 60K. 21 mpg city, 26 hiway (Calif smog). Quick and fun to drive.

by what you stated, GM should not have kept the Camaro around as long as they did. By that, Ford should not keep making the Mustang....
