I bought the car used when it had ~148K
miles on it. I just turned 180K miles
and I have done very little to keep it
running. I had to do the normal things
like change tires, shocks, brakes,
etc., but I haven't had any expensive
repairs to deal with, especially when
you consider the mileage.
Great power for a small V8. Great MPG
also. I average 18 MPG, city & highway.
I'd say that's excellent for an engine
with plenty of pep, and almost 200K
miles. T-tops!!!! More security and
strength than a convertible, but still
lets the sun shine in and the wind blow
in your hair.
Seat backs on front seats could use a
little more structural support. They
are both twisted toward the middle of
the car. They did not design the leg
room for anyone over 6 ft. tall (I'm 6'
