2004 Chevrolet Aveo 4dr Sedan (1.6L 4cyl 5M)

I bought my Aveo on the nite of 7/25 and about 2hrs later I figured I would "see where the fuel cutoff engages", well to mine and my friends suprise, there is no limiter, I stretched 4th gear out to 5500rpm and shifted to 5th, slowly climbing all the way past the 120mph speedometer it hit the odometer peg (124-125?) at 5400rpm in 5th and proceeded to pull upto 5700rpm, I figure we gained another 5-6mph. So, on a more "polliticaly correct" note, the engine in this car is straight from the Daewoo Kalos (along with the rest of the car) and it's a proven reliable engine... it was in the Daewoo Lanos and Nubira back in 98- 99 and it's been a good reliable motor

Best Features

1. AM/FM CD/MP3 (great stereo, crappy seakers) 2. Price 3. Interior space (I'm 6'6" and still have 2in on headroom and 3in on legroom) 4. Fuel mileage 5. Handling (more-so in the city, high speed corners [60mph+] isn't this cars niche) 6. Interior Quality

Worst Features

1. lower the center of gravity 2. offer better warranty to compete with Hyundai Accent and Kia Rio 3. larger wheels and tires 4. better speakers 5. standard ABS 6. well, I was gonna put a 6th in hear to go with the 6 "likes" but I can't think of any, bottom line, it's a damn good value
