Review

90% of the time I don't need an 8' bed. But those times that I do it's great. The only problem I've had was about every 20th start I would get smoke out of the exhaust. Dealer found a SB that addressed the problem, replaced the PCV valve and BAAM, no more problem. In spite of what some reviews say about the "pain" of changing from SUV to 8' bed, it really is easy and doesn't take much time at all.

Favorite Features

The ride is not truck like. The rear bumber step to get up in the bed. The side compartments on the bed for massive gear storage. Plenty of room for a 13" TV in between the front seats to keep the kids entertained on those long trips.

Suggested Improvements

If possible, make the mid-gate like the old station wagon rear with an electric rear window. Then it would be perfect.
