i have a 1994 chevy astro van when i run the ac it get really hot there was a leak in water pump it was replaced doesnt run hot when in idle what can be the problem could ac be low or what can i check to see the problem
I'm stumped. Passenger power window won't roll down. I have used a light tester to determine power is going all the way to the window motor. The motor runs with the up switch depressed but the motor won't operate with the down switch depressed. I attached two other motors and got the same results. I see that it was august when u had this problem did u get it fixed. because i have a 96 chevy astro i have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and it still won't run any suggestions would be appriciated. thanks
So, its $450 later, my baby (1994 Chevy Astro 4.3, v-6) has gotten a new battery, sparks changed, fuel filter changed, a new electric ignition switch, and a brand new fuel pump. This probably applies to Astros and a few other Chevys... From 1992 to 1994 GMC Safaris were available with L35 engines that produced 200 HP @ 4400 rpm.
