2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Roadster Track Test Video


The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Roadster has 20 more horsepower and a stiffer suspension compared to the previous year. To find how much of a difference a year and the letters GT make, the SLS hit the Edmunds.com test track to generate performance numbers. Acceleration was tested with 0-60 and quarter-mile tests, while braking was calculated using 60-0. Handling tests included a timed slalom and two trips around a skid pad to generate a lateral acceleration calculation.
