TORRANCE, California — The 2015 Acura MDX crossover starts at $43,460, including an $895 destination charge, reflecting a $275 price increase over the 2014 model.

The top-of-the-line 2015 Acura MDX with Super Handling All-wheel Drive and the advance package starts at $57,675, including shipping.

The 2015 MDX arrives at dealerships on June 3.

This is a carryover model.

The redesigned 2014 MDX is built on a new platform with a 290-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine. Front-wheel drive joined Acura's SH-AWD all-wheel-drive system as a choice in 2014.

Standard features on the 2015 MDX include keyless entry with push-button start, LED headlights and a 432-watt Acura sound system.

Competitors to the MDX include the 2014 Audi Q7, BMW X5, Volvo XC90 and 2015 Infiniti QX70.

Edmunds says: The Acura MDX, which has earned praise for its family-friendly features, gets a fairly modest price increase for the new model year.
